Welcome to Tailtopia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or making a purchase from our website or store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website, products, or services without express written permission from Tailtopia.

All products are intended for pet use only. Please supervise your pet during play and treat time.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen or device will show every detail correctly.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed an order).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in your local currency and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Pricing errors

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing it by emailing helpcentre@tailtopia.co. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

  • Tailtopia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

  • Only unused products are eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Opened treats, used toys, and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

Failure to follow our return policy may result in denial of refund without further notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our website or products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any local, state, federal, or international laws

  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others

  • Uploading malicious code or viruses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailtopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Any injury or illness to your pet resulting from improper use of a product (please follow all safety guidelines)

  • Shipping delays or lost packages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tailtopia and our employees, partners, and suppliers from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
